1. Overview
The Fineduca Affiliate Program allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to Fineduca. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the program.
2. Eligibility
The Fineduca Affiliate Program is an invite-only program. Eligibility requirements include:
- Affiliates must be invited and approved by Fineduca administration
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age
- Affiliates must have a valid payment method (PayPal or bank account) for commission payouts
- Affiliates must agree to promote Fineduca in an ethical and honest manner

3. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn commissions based on the following structure:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Commission Rate | 20% of subscription payment (one-time) |
| Commission Type | One-time payment per referred subscriber |
| Cookie Duration | 90 days |
| Commission Hold Period | 14 days (matches our cancellation policy) |
| Minimum Payout | €100 |
| Payout Schedule | 1st of each month |
3.1 Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated as 20% of the subscriber's first payment:
- Monthly subscription (€19.99): €4.00 commission
- Annual subscription (€199.99): €40.00 commission
📊 Example Scenarios

❌ User pays €19.99/month, cancels on day 10 → €0 (within cancellation window)
✅ User pays €19.99/month, cancels on day 15 → €4.00 (past cancellation window)
❌ User pays €199.99/year, cancels on day 10 → €0 (within cancellation window)
✅ User pays €199.99/year, cancels on day 15 → €40.00 (past cancellation window)
4. Cookie Duration
When a visitor clicks your unique affiliate link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 90 days. This means:
- If the visitor returns to Fineduca within 90 days and subscribes, you receive the commission
- The cookie is set on the first click; subsequent clicks do not extend the duration
- If the visitor clears their cookies or uses a different browser/device, the referral may not be tracked
5. Commission Hold Period
All commissions are subject to a 14-day hold period from the date of the subscriber's payment. This aligns with Fineduca's cancellation policy.
- If the referred subscriber cancels within 14 days and receives a refund, the commission is voided
- If the subscriber remains active past 14 days, the commission becomes approved and eligible for payout
- Commission status can be tracked in your affiliate dashboard (provided by Fineduca admin)
6. Payout Terms
6.1 Minimum Payout
The minimum payout threshold is €100. Commissions below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.
6.2 Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all approved commissions from the previous month that meet the minimum threshold.
